Marble Arch Mound

Marble Arch Mound: the temporary visitor attraction is now taking shape

• APPARENTLY Westminster residents have paid £2million for the Marble Arch Mound. That’s is about £4 for every person in the borough.

You would expect that they might, therefore, be entitled to free entry to the mound, but even those with Westminster City Save cards are expected to fork out £3.60.

If the Church of England is willing to let Westminster residents into Westminster Abbey for free, you would think the council could grant the same privilege to us for visiting the mound that we have already paid for.
