‘Three times in one week I was nearly knocked down by cyclists going through red lights’

• I MUST complain about cyclists going through red lights. Three times in one week I was nearly knocked down by cyclists going through red lights. The problem is getting very serious and very dangerous.

Why can’t councils or the police do something about it, or are they waiting until a cyclist kills someone? Why can’t cyclists be fined for going through red lights?
