Lamp lit in the day

• IT is reported that Westminster is to upgrade its remaining gas lighting to LED.

A short walk in Green Park and The Mall revealed one lamp lit in the day, pictured above, others with broken or missing mantles.

I imagine HM is too busy to report these!
