Bemused at how empty the waiting room is at my GP

• TALKING to others about getting to see the doctor, I realise I am not alone in being bemused at how empty the waiting room is at my GP when I finally get an appointment.

It always used to be full to bursting before Covid-19. Given the long wait to see the doctor, surely there must be a massive backlog building up somewhere. Or else, where the hell is everybody?
