• I AM writing regarding the West End Project and the chaos that has been caused for pedestrians. I have just had a baby and my parents are staying with me to help. But they have had dreadful trouble every time they leave the house.

They are unable to get to the tube station or to Tesco because of the pedestrian crossings being closed and the barriers all along Tottenham Court Road.

They end up having to walk for a long way in the wrong direction just to cross the road and then get terribly lost because they are not familiar with London. Surely some signs could have been put up to tell people which way to walk?

Not only this but there has been loud noise at night. I received a letter through my door to say noise would finish at 10pm so why did this happen?
