Wearing masks: ‘may end in heat exhaustion or heat stroke’
• WHEN we are on public transport we have to wear masks, which I understand and agree.
So I try to wear a mask as long as I can when I am on the bus. But I do find it very difficult to breathe and I get sick, dizzy with vertigo.
I think this is not only me, and I am concerned that when the weather gets much warmer and hotter, people might well start to sweat and feel sick, wearing masks. It may end in heat exhaustion or heat stroke.
I really think the government, Transport for London or the health service should provide guidelines or warnings regarding this effect as soon as possible.
