• THIS week’s widely reported problem of London’s dangerous junctions, once again highlights some of the challenges to walking and cycling in Westminster.

Many of these junctions are close to our wonderful Royal Parks. We need Westminster City Council, Transport for London, and the Royal Parks to urgently address these problems by working together to improve citizen safety. By taking action today they can improve thousands of people’s daily journeys.

In addition, investing in healthier streets will empower more of us to choose more active and pleasanter trips to and through our beautiful parks.
