Puddles in High Holborn

• WHEN will council engineers, if that is who they actually are, stop their experiments to get water to defy the law of gravity and flow uphill?

This results in puddles so pedestrians passing by are soaked in water when vehicles go through the puddles.

This experiment here on High Holborn was a failure just like the one I pointed out previously on Tottenham Court Road.
