The privileged should not be celebrated

‘We should not celebrate the lives of the privileged, no matter who they are’
• I ABSOLUTELY agree with the May 26 letter from Peter Cave, (Some of us will choose not to celebrate this jubilee).
He has really hit the nail on the head. We should not celebrate the lives of the privileged, no matter who they are.
The value of our nurses, cleaners, firefighters, carers and others is far more important and I feel they are just taken for granted by many.
People may celebrate all they like but the value of our services are far more important and, of course, we must not forget those who cannot makes ends meet these days.
This at a time when the privileged people do not have any worries about where the next meal is coming from or about the payment of utility bills.
