The congestion charge and its hours is excessive

• MY 93-year-old mother in law lives just inside the congestion charge zone.

I deliver her shopping on Saturday afternoon to avoid paying the charge but now the mayor has decided to not only increase it but to extend the hours from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, £15 a day, seven days a week from 7am to 10 pm which means it will cost £15 to deliver her shopping.
