Stop whining, Swampy!

• THANK God common sense has finally prevailed at Euston, with the removal of that scruffy bunch of crusties camping in Euston Square Gardens, who told me a couple of weeks ago they were there to protect those unsightly and ungainly poles with bits sticking out of them (I think they’re called “trees”), (HS2: Two protesters come out of tunnel but siege at Euston continues, February 8).
Apparently they are impeding the development of a taxi park which is desperately and urgently needed by, er, taxi drivers, a minority whose even most basic needs have been denied them for decades. Stop whining Swampy and son and stop standing in the way of progress.
