Electric (left) and gas smart meters

• TO the letter (Why we should oppose the introduction of smart meters, October 4) I would like to add the following.

No one seems to mention the health hazards from the radiation coming from these meters. The World Health Organisation has said it expects a tidal wave of cancers globally!

The immune system is suppressed, red blood cells are affected as well as our DNA, leading to all sorts of ill health and we have yet to see the effect on the next generation.

I urge your readers to research “smart meters health effects” or “Dr. Erica Mallery-Blythe,” who has carried out a study on this matter.
