SCORES of talented young footballers from across the capital will be Bloomsbury-bound this Saturday when they bid to add a little extra sparkle to their summer by scooping silverware.

The latest instalment of the Camden Youth League’s Summer One-Day Tournament will see Under-10s sides battling it out at Coram’s Fields.

It comes following a successful turnout on Saturday when players from across Camden, Islington and Westminster jumped at the chance to showcase their skills in the Under-9s competition, which was also held at the artificial pitches in Brunswick Square.

The team cheering the loudest at full-time was London Futsal Stars (above), who toppled all-comers to clinch the cup, which was presented by mayor of Camden Eddie Hanson.
