‘litter and rubbish strewn all over the roads’

Dear Mark Field,

UNFORTUNATELY this seems to be a pattern across Soho and the West End at present but I found Beak Street, Great Pulteney Street and Bouchier Street in a terrible state… with litter and rubbish strewn all over the roads.

This appears to be a growing issue across the whole of Westminster and damages the image of our beautiful area for residents and tourists alike. Could you arrange for the street cleaning team to pay the streets in question a visit?

I would also be interested to know whether Westminster City Council have reduced the frequency of street cleaning in the area in recent months, which could explain this growing problem.
