A SERIES of highly-anticipated cup clashes take centre-stage on Sunday when teams return to action in the Greater London Women’s Football League.

Camden Town WFC will be hoping for strong home support when they continue their League Cup campaign at Wingate & Finchley FC. The Premier League side will be looking to avoid a cup upset against Division One outfit South London in a 2pm kick-off.

Camden Town’s Reserves (above) will also be confident of starting 2023 with a win when they take on fellow Division Two Central & West division side CB Hounslow United at Preston Manor High School in Wembley.

Elsewhere, Premier Division high-flyers Islington Borough will be aiming to start the year where they left off when they face Division One opponents South East Parakeets at Holmesdale FC in Bromley. Islington are chasing a league and cup double as they are also currently second in the top-flight table, three points behind Actonians Reserves with a game in hand.
