Prime minister Boris Johnson

• I AM surprised and saddened to learn that prime minister Boris Johnson and his government are increasing the UK’s nuclear weapons by at least 40 per cent.

Surely during this terrible time of Covid-19, when all of your readers will have had relatives and friends die or become ill with the virus, this large amount of taxpayers’ money could be more suitably spent to help us all through this terrible time and possibly difficult future.
