• WE need to care for the carers. Every day 6,000 people in the United Kingdom become carers for a family member, friend or neighbour, often unexpectedly.

They often have no way to plan or prepare for the sudden changes in their own lives. Thursday November 21, Carers Rights Day, is a national day that helps to ensure unpaid carers are aware of their rights and know where to get help and support.

Carers Network is an independent charity that supports carers in central London and aims to let carers know about the help and support available to them.
