Lime bikes ‘strewn all over the place’

Nickie Aiken is dead right.

The problem of bikes strewn all over the place would be solved overnight if they were impounded, like motor vehicles are, and Lime required to pay a hefty fee for their recovery.

It is obviously pointless negotiating with them when all they do is squirm and dissemble, presumably safe in the knowledge the bike lobby will protect them.
