Stop HS2: ‘A renewed glimmer of hope’
• THERE is now perhaps some light at the end of the HS2 tunnel.
With so many people beginning to question the need for this obscene £109billion project, HS2’s irreversible mass deforestation, destruction, and cause of loss of habitat and nature (especially during a pandemic) people are demanding change, and don’t want to go back to the unfairness and inequality of how we were.
And with the most recent encouraging news coming from the Infrastructure and Projects Authority giving HS2 a red classification, saying that “HS2’s successful delivery appears to be unachievable, and the project may need to be rescoped or have its overall viability reconsidered”, there is a renewed glimmer of hope.
So please get as many people as you can to sign a new petition, and let’s get rid of this HS2 nightmare, once and for all.
Petition: Commit to a public review of HS2 project and suspend all ongoing work now
