Wild West parking in the West End 

• ST MARTIN’S Lane in WC2 has become unruly for bad parking, road diggers, the burning of coal, pollution, dirty and smelly pavements and litter. This car (pictured above) was parked in the motorcycle parking area on February 22 in front of Browns restaurant.
