John Sadler’s vision of the aborted Garden Bridge

• CONGRATULATIONS to John Sadler for his cartoons and to the New Journal for publishing them.

Climate Capital (A weather eye, Review, January 9) is a sardonic joy, and it could help those who believe floods can’t happen here. I can’t think many Australians thought that the terrible bush fires raging there could happen either.

The pigeon would make a great postcard which I for one would enjoy sending, and could you get the garden bridge on to another? And the blond head and shoulders a perfect touch.
