Look at cops’ helicopters

• I WONDER if it is possible to organise a petition or a judicial review of the use of police helicopters.

They went up at 6.30am on Sunday. When I call 101 for information they just sneer or hang up. I find it hard to believe the National Police Air Service is entirely exempt from scrutiny or oversight.

Someone must be responsible for this; but it is obvious that whoever it is regards the public with contempt and has no intention whatsoever of doing anything but fob people off unless and until they are forced to look into by a higher authority than themselves, the home office, select committee, a judge? Can we make this happen?
