Freedom Pass problems

• I AM 68½ and lost my Freedom Pass.

I tried to get a new one for £12. No problems until I tried to pay and the screen ended!

No payment button. Just the screen ended. Will try the phone tomorrow or go to 59½ Southwark Street!
