• THE deadly convoy of massive lorries hurtling through our narrow city streets laden with earth and rubble from the ridiculous HS2 project has already racked up our stress levels.

Within yards of all their noise and fumes are the relatively tranquil waters of the Regent’s Canal. Couldn’t that be brought into service to take away at least some of all that waste?
