How to spot prejudice in a political party

Friday, 4th December 2020

• I SEE over the weekend the deputy leader of the Labour Party threatened to expel thousands of members, not for anti-Semitism, but for daring to question the scale of the problem within Labour.

Clearly having a factual, clear, definition of the numbers in the Labour Party who are anti-Semitic is now imperative otherwise many totally innocent members could inadvertently risk expulsion by misjudging the scale of this offence.

Luckily there has been quite extensive research done on this and the percentage of those suspected of anti-Semitism in the party has been found to be 0.3 per cent.

Can we therefore agree that those saying it is less than that are guilty of minimising the problem – and those who say it is more should be condemned for maximising it?
