‘Royal Mail quite clearly does not want to deal with residential customers’

• THE three flats in the main part of our house got our first post on Monday for a week. I’m expecting three things including a credit card bill; & if I don’t get it, I can’t pay it.

As customers can no longer email Royal Mail, as the old customer service address is no longer operational and the wait time on the phone was too long, I decided to go to the Kilburn sorting office to try to collect my own post… only to discover the sorting office is now only open between 8am and 10am.

Royal Mail quite clearly does not want to deal with residential customers. Does anyone know how to start a petition to campaign for the renationalisation of what should be a public-serving body?
