How about a loo ‘pass’ for cancer patients?

• RE Hotel staff denied me use of their loo despite my prostate cancer (Letters, February 6), Macmillan Cancer Support may be able to provide a request card to carry in a wallet, reading: “Urgent. Due to my cancer treatment, need urgent access to a toilet. Please can you help?”

I understand there is usually an obligation on business premises to help if such a card is presented.
