Don’t blame the parakeets, blame us! 

• PAUL Taylor lamented the loss of bird species on his estate, blaming parakeets.

No! Blame us. How many trees, bushes, shrubs, etc are being destroyed by us?

How many, saying they care, have put up a nest box, a bird feeder, a water bowl?

How many tolerate illegal don’t feed the birds signs, causing starvation (“unnecessary harm to animals”, CPS)?

Good never does nothing. Good does everything it can, as much as it can.

Empathy. Where’s ours?
