Feeling lonely?

• SO we’ve had a year to assess the elephant in the Covid room, is life just about increased productivity, obsessive shopping, material possessions?

Henry David Thoreau’s Walden (1854) was an account of self-isolation, how to be alone, to embrace solitude without “feeling lonely”, a fulfilling life with less stuff, serenity in privacy, attuning our minds to the essentials, contemplating what makes us happy, shedding what stresses us out, getting rid of unnecessary clutter, optimistic by transforming isolation into joyful solitude…

An epiphany! Any chance?
