‘Does anyone know what is happening about HS2’s demise?’

• IT has been a few weeks now since it was announced that HS2 was unachievable. I take that to mean that it can now never come to fruition.

So isn’t it time that our unelected prime minister and his unpopular sidekick chancellor Jeremy Hunt both put everybody out of their misery, accept defeat, and officially announce that HS2 is once and for all completely scrapped, end of?

Then we can finally begin to try to pick up the pieces, and repair the horrendous damage HS2 (along with Tory policies) have inflicted on the people of this country, having created the greatest unhappiness to the majority of the people for most of the time.

So does anyone know what is happening about HS2’s demise? And if they do, could they kindly stop keeping us in the dark, and let us know?

Also I notice that Camden clean air says there are pockets in Camden where air quality varies. And I bet that among the worst pockets are Hampstead Road and Euston, where HS2 have been carrying out mass demolitions for years.

And that is the very reason why the people’s lung health and wellbeing should be mass tested and continuously closely monitored.
