• GLAD to know that the police are going to crack down on pavement cyclists, but why only because they might be phone snatchers? Riding on the pavement isn’t “technically illegal”, it is plain illegal.

If cyclists are on the pavement they are not innocent, even if not using others as camouflage or intending to snatch phones; they are breaking the law and they, and the red-light ignorers, should be jumped on from a great height.
