Conquer your fears to help the British Heart Foundation researchers
Friday, 22nd June 2018
• NEARLY a quarter of people in London are most scared of heights…
In July the British Heart Foundation (BHF) is challenging them to face their fears and raise money for life-saving research into heart and circulatory disease.
Every year these diseases, including heart attack, stroke and vascular dementia kill over 13,300 people in London. Today, more than 720,000 people in the region live with these serious illnesses.
We need to find new ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat these conditions. Join me in signing up to the BHF Face a Fear campaign to help fund our fearless researchers.
So whether its spiders or snakes that leave you squirming, or dizzying heights that have you frozen with fear, it’s time to look fear in the eye. Every courageous pound you raise from sponsorship by facing your fears will be crucial.
