West Euston Project was founded as the West Euston Partnership

• I WAS shocked and dismayed to read of the imminent closure of the West Euston Partnership and that of the Caraf Centre, (CNJ, March 31).

The knock-on effect will surely be felt very deeply in the communities they served and be a blow to the young people and older who came to rely on them for support and intervention.

The Caraf brought people of all backgrounds to their family-oriented courses and their nursery garden was a joy to see and walk past.
