Cllr Rachael Robathan

• THERE’S a certain irony to Westminster City Council leader Rachael Robathan being nominated for “the council leader of the year” in spite of the £6million fiasco of the Marble Arch Mound.

Cllr Robathan will have a (very visible) hill to climb with local voters.

Perhaps this nomination is based on her lack of ability to tell the difference between a pile of dirt and a financial hole in the ground.

The ultimate irony would be the mound being nominated for The Stirling Prize.
