Big ears for Noddy

• ONE of the side effects of the online shopping revolution is that at Christmas time we don’t have to subject ourselves to the endless blast of past Yuletide hits while we panic over what to buy relatives we’re not that keen on.

The exception is, of course, Noddy Holder, but then I can always play him on my laptop while I’m ordering!
