The Marble Arch Mound

• CAN residents, commuters, and taxpayers trust Westminster City Council, along with Transport for London, to deliver the “radical green renaissance” that will transform Oxford Street into “two pedestrian piazzas” with new entrances to Oxford Street station?

WCC is responsible for the Marble Arch Mound, clearly an expensive white elephant, while TfL continues to pour millions of pounds into the money-pit that is Crossrail.

Residents of Westminster should expect the usual result of a public consultation as the project gets the “go-ahead” and the disruption, delay and escalating costs begin.
