Coughing culture after Covid 

• ONE advantage of the Covid-19 lockdown is that it has stopped certain people from sneezing, coughing and even spitting everywhere.

Remember when going to a meeting, concert, play or restaurant was marred by folk having interminable coughing fits?

Perhaps these were the by-products of the fast-disappearing smoking culture. Potential offenders are now forced to think twice about their inclinations.

Let us hope that this new etiquette will continue unchallenged in the future.
