A manifesto for housing

Friday, 15th November 2019

• THIS year marked an important anniversary for us social housing tenants: 100 years since the “Addison act”, which for the first time provided government funding to build decent homes for working-class households. No one since has shown such foresight and vision for housing in this country.

For that reason we’ll be attending the London Tenants annual conference at Bloomsbury Central Baptist Church on Saturday November 23, which will bring together social housing tenant representatives from across the capital to create a tenant-led manifesto for housing that will make future generations proud.

To our fellow social housing tenant reps in London: make sure to book your place at our conference by emailing info@londontenants.org and find us on Twitter on the day using #TenantManifesto.
