Artist’s view of the Marble Arch Hill

• NOW, after the “no-consultation” for the very expensive pile of earth, a mound at Marble Arch, Westminster City Council has spent more of our money on flags along Oxford Street – welcoming us back!

Really, what on Earth is the point of them? Cuts are made to essential services but money can be found for these silly projects.

The whole area around Marble Arch is filthy with pigeon droppings. I say bring back the hawk and spend money on new seating and constant cleansing.
