A ‘dream’ day out at the Palace
Footballers showcase their skills at Premier League ground
Friday, 13th June

A SQUAD of talented young footballers enjoyed “a dream experience” when they stepped out at a Premier League ground to showcase their skills.
Pro Touch SA were among the clubs invited to take part in the Crystal Palace FC Partners Cup, which was held at Selhurst Park recently.
And the Under-18s side, managed by Arshad Mahmood, a master tailor at Apsley Tailors in Mayfair, more than held their own in the seven-a-side tournament as they reached the quarter-finals before being eliminated by the hosting Eagles.
Club captain Gia Rahman described the matchday as “an amazing experience”.
He added: “The boys got the opportunity to experience what it’s like being a professional footballer. They got changed in the home dressing room before making their way down the players’ tunnel and stepping out at a Premier League stadium. The pitch was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing – it really was a dream experience.”
